    • Agreement Signing: If approved, you will be required to sign a Reseller Agreement, outlining the terms and conditions of your authorization to sell PAWPUP products.
  3. Reseller Responsibilities
    • Brand Representation: Resellers must accurately represent the PAWPUP brand, ensuring that all marketing, advertising, and sales practices reflect our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Pricing Policy: Resellers are expected to follow PAWPUP’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy, as outlined in the Reseller Agreement. This policy helps maintain a level playing field among all resellers and protects the value of the PAWPUP brand.
    • Product Quality: Resellers must ensure that all PAWPUP products are stored, handled, and sold in a manner that preserves their quality and integrity. This includes proper storage conditions and timely product rotation.
    • Customer Service: Resellers are required to provide excellent customer service, including prompt responses to customer inquiries, efficient order processing, and fair return and exchange policies.
  4. Sales Channels

    PAWPUP products may only be sold through approved sales channels. These channels will be specified in the Reseller Agreement and may include:

    • Brick-and-Mortar Stores: Physical retail locations that meet PAWPUP’s standards for product presentation and customer service.
    • E-Commerce Websites: Online stores that provide a secure shopping experience, accurate product descriptions, and high-quality images of PAWPUP products.
    • Other Approved Platforms: Any additional sales channels must be approved in writing by PAWPUP.
  5. Prohibited Practices

    The following practices are strictly prohibited for authorized resellers:

    • Unauthorized Sales Channels: Selling PAWPUP products through unauthorized platforms, including auction sites and unauthorized third-party marketplaces.
    • Misrepresentation: Any false or misleading statements about PAWPUP products, including their features, benefits, and warranty coverage.
    • Counterfeit Products: Selling counterfeit or imitation products under the PAWPUP brand name.
    • Bulk Purchasing for Resale: Purchasing PAWPUP products in bulk from unauthorized sources for resale purposes.
  6. Monitoring and Enforcement

    PAWPUP actively monitors the marketplace to ensure compliance with this Authorized Resale Policy. We reserve the right to take the following actions if a reseller is found to be in violation of this policy:

    • Written Warning: Issuing a formal warning outlining the specific violation and required corrective actions.
    • Suspension of Authorization: Temporarily suspending the reseller’s authorization to sell PAWPUP products until compliance is restored.
    • Termination of Authorization: Permanently revoking the reseller’s authorization to sell PAWPUP products, with immediate removal from our list of authorized resellers.
  7. Reporting Unauthorized Sales

    PAWPUP takes unauthorized sales very seriously. If you become aware of any unauthorized resellers or suspect that PAWPUP products are being sold through unauthorized channels, please report this information to us immediately at compliance@pawpup.com or call 727-300-6388. We will investigate all reports thoroughly and take appropriate action to protect our brand and our customers.

  8. Policy Updates

    PAWPUP reserves the right to update or modify this Authorized Resale Policy at any time. Authorized resellers will be notified of any changes to the policy, and it is the reseller’s responsibility to comply with the most current version.
