Handling and Shipping

Handling: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Transit Time: All orders have an estimated transit time of 3-5 business days and our normal cutoff time is 2:00 PM CST
Delivery Time: You can expect your order to be delivered within 4-7 business days from the time of placing your order

Shipping Cost

A flat shipping fee of $4.99 will be applied to orders under $25.

Free Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our tracking page. If you do not receive a tracking number, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. PAWPUP is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you’ve made an error, please get in touch with us immediately to correct the address before the order is shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, PAWPUP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please get in touch with the carrier directly. We are happy to assist in providing information and support during the process.
Delayed Delivery: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may be beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please get in touch with us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Changes and Cancellations

Order Changes: If you need to change your order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the items, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may be unable to accommodate changes.
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
